Our new custom-built plant was developed in a close working partnershipwith the Weinig Group, which has supplied: a new Raimann Multi-Rip saw; a Waco Twin band saw; a new generation, custom built PowerMat 2020 Weinig moulder with Powercom memory and HSK tooling; a state-of-the-art toolroom facility for tooling management and fast efficient production.
while a vast library of profiles can be called upon new profiles can be made extremely quickly with the advanced tooling equipment.
The Weinig moulding system installed at cranwood is the key installition. This Powermat 2020 provides maximum moulding flexibility for both short runs down to 50mt or long runs all the while giving a high quality finish at fast throughfeed speeds.
